"I brought my Weimaraners, Ashley and Hunter to Fido &Co so that they could have a place to play and socialize with other dogs, while I was at work. I remember how happy they seemed after their first few days. They would come home so tired after playing all day, meeting and interacting with the other dogs. They have been going to Fido &Co now for 18 months and every day they still jump into the car wagging their tails with excitement. When we get to the front door they never stray. They head straight in the front door and right to the back almost forgetting me. They seem so eager to see their friends inside and start their doggie play day.

Every Friday they come home smelling like blue berries, clean, and soft after being groomed. Karla has so much experience working with Vets that she is a wealth of knowledge and gives great advice and health tips. They arranged for me to try different dog foods until we found the perfect one. The staff members have all become friends. They care for Ashley and Hunter whenever I am gone. I don't know how I could have the same quality of life without the care and support of Fido & Co. There are other dog day cares in San Diego but there is only one Fido&Co! If my dogs could only talk they'd say it's the best thing I ever did for them."

"Buck and I first came to Fido and Co. after I had read a magazine article on top new pet daycare facilities here in San Diego. It caught my eye since I had been looking for a place to take my six month old Cavalier puppy who was terrified of other dogs. I knew it was important to socialize him as soon as possible, but as we had already tried a couple of other places with no success I was of course skeptical. Most places we had tried were loud, cold, and although they wanted vaccination records they seemed disinterested in who Buck was, what my concerns were, and how they would go about assisting us with his fear of other dogs.

Our first meeting with both Lisa and Karla I immediately realized this was an altogether different environment that we had been used to. They were interviewing us verses the other way around ensuring Buck would be a good match for his future playmates. Immediately they put me at ease outlining how they would slowly invite Buck into his new play environment so each visit he would continually gain the confidence he needed to move forward with his socialization skills. Upon entering right away you will realize this is a place where you and your pet immediately come first. Every amenity is at your disposal! Their grooming is just the best and cage free. Buck especially loves blueberry facial day!

With in a few months it was apparent Buck had become a new puppy! No longer hiding behind my legs, he now hurried to the front door excitedly. While only a part time member of Fido and Co. recently I was summoned to jury duty. As Leaving a puppy home alone all day was not an option for me I was delighted and comforted when Lisa offered Buck the opportunity to stay at Fido and Co everyday as long as I needed to serve. Just knowing Buck would be in a fun and loving environment was such a relief. This has been the most wonderful experience for the both of us. It has given Buck the opportunity to come out of his shell, and me the piece of mind knowing that when I leave him he will be able to spend the day with good friends where he feels at home. Whether your needs are full or part time, just knowing your pet is happy and well cared for in this very special place is the secret to their success."

"Katie had not really been socialized when we got her as a puppy and she was very timid, afraid of both dogs and people. We were worried how she would react to being at doggie day care and we felt relief when Karla explained that she would not encourage us to keep her in day care if she didn't adjust. When we take her on walks, she now goes up to people and wants to play with dogs we met on our way; such a difference from when we first got her.
